Haven't received cryptocurency after transffering TWD to BitoEX exclusive bank account?

1. Please transfer TWD to your exclusive bank account via Pre-defined Bank Account
2. Please use ATM or WebATM service and we don't accept "bank counter transfer" and "Taiwan Pay" transfers What should I do if i sent the TWD with non-predesignated bank account?

Please provide the bank book of non-predesignated account (account number/account name/branch are included)
