On April 22nd, 2020 at 7:57 AM(UTC+8), BitoPro detected some abnormality in our database. At around 8:00 AM(UTC+8) we started receiving feedback from our users via our Telegram group, that they could not login to their account and could not view their account information. After assessing the situation, we realized this was caused by abnormalities in our database, which led to our system unable to function properly.
Our team decided to undergo a temporary maintenance, reboot our systems and fix the problems in our database. We resumed our services by 11:50 AM(UTC+8) . We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused.
BitoPro still has large room for improvements, we will continue to look into these matters and make improvements accordingly. We will provide more buffer time for our users to cancel trades and improve the overall trading experience for our users. Keeping our users assets safe is our highest priority and shall continue strive to do so. We thank you for your patience.
