Why the OTP (2FA) verification code is not working?

OTP Verification code is vailed within 30 seconds and make sure the time is synced correctly

There are some problems related to the failure.

1.Time issue:

If you are logging in the BitoPro account with the computer, please make sure both your computer and Google Authenticator APP are synced correctly.

* Android devices please go to the main menu on the App, click "Settings", then "Time Correction for codes", then "Sync now".

2. Codes have timed out:

OTP Verification is vailed within 30 seconds, we highly recommend you tap the verification code to copy the shown code and paste it into the BitoPro account.

3.Wrong information input:

3-1 If you have several account codes, please make sure the verification code is generated from BitoPro. 

3-2 If you have ever reset the OTP please delete the previous one.
