【BitoPro Super Referral Program Terms and Policy】

〔Rules〕Event Period：2022/3/15~2022/9/15

1. Referrers are able to receive 20% transaction rewards from the referees.
2. BitoPro's exclusive 2-Layer subscription program unlocks an extra 10% bonus in rewards and comes at a price of 150 BITO / month.
3. The subscription program allows users to choose Layer 1 for 10% reward bonus or unlock Layer 2 for 10% rewards.
4. New users may enjoy a 60-day 20% transaction reward after passing the Level 2 verification during the event.

〔Subscription Terms and Policy〕

1. The reward program is based on a 30-day cycle, and a minimum subscription period is required. The payment will be deducted on the day when the user clicks to agree to the subscription. The automatic deduction of each period will be executed from 00:00 (UTC+8) on the 31st day.
2. This event can only be paid for with BITO. Users must keep enough BITO balance in the account for automatic deduction before the reward program expires to continue to enjoy the rewards. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, the reward program will terminate the subscription after expiration.
3. Users can only change the plan once within 30 days, and it will start right away on the day of change. The plan that has been changed once can only be changed again next month when the new subscription cycle starts.
4. If the user cancels the subscription, the current subscription fee will not be refunded. The original plan will be terminated after the expiration date, and the system will stop subsequent automatic deductions.
5. For the ease of cross-currency calculations, rewards will be distributed in USDT and converted at a floating exchange rate during the event. The settlement will be made at 00:00 UTC+8 every day, and the reward can only be claimed when it reaches 10 USDT.
6. Users who have a referral record before the start of the event are also eligible for referral rewards, but only the transactions after the event starts will be included in the reward calculation.
7. If the referee is a new user, the 60-day new account reward of 20% reduction in transaction fees that the person enjoys is considered as a different reward in this subscription program, so it will be calculated separately.
8. Users will be able to personalize the referral ID once subscribed and the customized referral ID will be valid for a lifetime. It won’t be affected by the duration of the subscription plan.
9. BitoPro strictly prohibits abnormal operations such as buying and selling accounts, creating fake accounts, or any illegal behavior that violates the terms of use. If you commit any of the above activities, BitoPro reserves the right to terminate the distribution of rewards and freeze your account.
10. BitoPro retains the right to adjust the rules of the event at any time and reserves all the rights of the final decision.
