Chapter 1 Data Collection and Utilization of Personal Information
1. BitoPro informs you of the following matters in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act,:
(1) Purpose of Collection:
• To facilitate member management, enhance the quality of website services, or other electronic commerce services, and for survey, statistical, research, and analytical purposes.

2. Upon user utilization of BitoPro services, visits to the BitoPro webpage, or participation in website activities, BitoPro shall automatically receive and record server data originating from the user's browser, including yet not confined to IP address, data contained within website cookies, and records of webpages accessed as per user requests.
3. Duration: The retention duration of personal data for specific purposes, the expiration period stipulated by law or contractual agreement, or the expiration period stipulated by BitoPro (if exceeding the period stipulated by law), shall be determined by the lengthier of the two periods.

(4) Users can request BitoPro to cease the collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of their personal data. However, if the data is required for the execution of relevant procedures, BitoPro shall not be obligated to comply with the request as per the law.

3. Chapter 3 Maintenance of Personal Data

Concerning personal data, registration accounts, passwords, and the like, you shall kindly store them securely to prevent leaks. Except as mandated by government or law and as disclosed by BitoPro in line with this Policy, BitoPro shall bear confidentiality obligations towards personal data. Chapter 4 Disclaimer
1. You agree that the information you provide, such as your phone number, email, and ID card details, for the purpose of registering a BitoPro account is accurate. Should any false or untrue information be provided, you agree to assume all civil and criminal legal responsibilities. If any illegal use of your personal data or abnormalities are discovered thereafter, you undertake to promptly notify BitoPro.
2. You acknowledge that when using this service, the information provided and used is legal, does not infringe upon third-party rights, violate third-party agreements, or engage in any unlawful activities. If the use of this service causes harm to third parties, except for intentional acts or gross negligence on the part of the company, the company shall not assume any compensation liability.
